      <title>Failed texts and calls</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I just switched to PublicMobile, Canada-US-Mexico. Some of my calls and texts will not go through. At first I thought it was just US ones but it's not -- some US are going through and some local ones are not. This applies to both texts and calls. I apparently can't talk to anybody at PM -- how do I fix this on the PM account I am paying for?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I removed the Bell SIM card and rebooted and reset the network settings. I think that did it, thanks. I'll come back if I have further problems&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
