      <title>Account deactivated, need to reactivate</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I had an account set up but forgot to make payments so the account was deactivated. I want to set up an account again (hoping to reuse the same phone number if still available) but when I went to enter in the Sim card # to subscribe to a new plan it said it was already in use. I need help to set up a new account.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/555835"&gt;@Joanna10&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;How long were you suspended for? &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If more than 90 days, your account is permanently closed. &amp;nbsp;The cell number is usually returned to the original carrier. &amp;nbsp;You are unable to use the same physical SIM card. &amp;nbsp;You will need to purchase a new SIM card.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If less than 90 days, you should be able to access your account and load up funds to restart your plan.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
