      <description>&lt;P&gt;Switched to freedom yesterday but the Port out did not fully work. They say I need my PM account number so that can make the request but it seems like my account is not working since the Port out. Please Help&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Since you cannot properly login, you won't be able to open the preferred Chatbot ticket.
