PM does not have formal way to turn off voicemail, but here is the workaround

To "disable" voicemail, dial: *004*8080000000# on your phone
Then all calls will ring forever or get a fast busy tone instead of forwarded to the voicemail.

To reset it back to defaults, dial ##004#

Try this.

To set, dial: *004*8080000000#
To reset to default, dial: #004#

best to use Extended Absence trick

dial into your voicemail and log in with your PIN.
In the main menu, press 3 (manage greetings),
then 4 (manage extended absence greeting),
then 4 to turn off your extended absence greeting
