When you activated your new Public Mobile account did you take a new number or did you attempt to port a number in from previous cell provider ? If so, did you replay YES within 90 minutes to the confirmation text from previous network ? If so, now remove their sim and install PM sim.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Did you port your number from another carrier? Is that SIM card still in your phone?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Did you try restarting your phone?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Are you getting incoming calls?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;My mom and I moved from Rogers to public mobile . We &amp;nbsp;restarted our phones , we already checked &amp;nbsp;setting in our phone . The outcoming calls are fine we can accept and talk , but we can’t dial unsaved numbers .&lt;/P&gt;</description>
