Check to see that your phone is still staying connected to the LTE network during calls.

Question. If you make a call right now and start talking to someone for a few moments, take a look at your phone. Do you see 3G or 4G or LTE during the call? If it's 3G then there's a good chance it may not work. If it's 4G or LTE, good chance it may work.

@Justin221 PM has no plan to fully shutdown the 3G network at the moment. The 3G sunset might not happen until end of 2027.

however, it is true that some area will have not as strong 3G signals as they are reusing 3G band in some areas.

And for voice, you phone is not currently on PM's VoLTE whitelist.
