      <description>&lt;P&gt;If you created a ticket through chatbot and agent asked you to authenticate yourself, now you have to wait for agent to get back to you. It could be in a ew minutes or hours depending how busy they are...&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/555931"&gt;@Fern2657&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; Best to try and update credit card info on the app I find , if you have been using it first uninstall the app and reinstall it and allow location services on in the app when you first open it back up . Also note if you tried to many times it could lock your card out for a full 24 hours before you can try again . In the meantime if your in a hurry quickest solution would be to buy payment voucher from shoppers drug mart and load the funds *611 to resume services right away and worry about updating credit card later .&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Go to Payment tab&amp;gt;Update Card Information.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;span class="lia-inline-image-display-wrapper lia-image-align-inline" image-alt="IMG_0198.png" style="width: 750px;"&gt;&lt;img src="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/image/serverpage/image-id/163628i4CAD7796C7B02AAC/image-size/medium?v=v2&amp;amp;px=400" role="button" title="IMG_0198.png" alt="IMG_0198.png" /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You can also purchase vouchers and go to:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class=""&gt;&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;7-11, Canadian Tire gas stations, London Drugs, Canadian Superstore, Shell, Shoppers Drugmart, Safeway or Staples.
