    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hey. I subscribed to a public mobile plan transferred my number and my phone asks me for the puk of my previous sim after restarting. I still don’t have any reception with public mobile. I asked virgin for my puk but it’s not working. Tried it twice and have 8 attempts left now. So that’s not the problem than I think. So something else must have gone wrong. I replied to the number transfer sms of my previous provider with Yes. And now I’m not sure if I should have replied in all caps and that’s the problem. Not sure maybe someone can help. Thanks&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
