Have you tried moving around to different areas to see if it still happens ?

For the last week or so, my data has had periods (1-3 or 4 hours) of complete outage. Pages won't load, can't stream a song on spotify, can't even send an iMessage.

I've tried switching to LTE only, but no luck. Is there some reason for this? How do I make PM aware?

Yeah I'm assuming something is going on with the overall network here. My wife is having the same issue and we work somewhat far away so I think we'd be on separate towers.

It does have a note there about power outages and reset your equipment but that could be just to cover their bases. 🙂
