      <description>&lt;P&gt;I signed up 10 days ago but still no phone service.&amp;nbsp; When I try to sign on to My Account it sends me a 6 digit code but as my phone says " Mobile network not available " I cannot receive it.&amp;nbsp; Therefore&amp;nbsp; I cannot contact PB as my phone&amp;nbsp; does not work.&amp;nbsp; Is PB available to talk to on the internet alone without using a phone ?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
