    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have an Iphone XR with the latest SW.&amp;nbsp; I could text, run data, however when trying to make a call the Public Mobile voice would come on and say I am not subcribed to the plan, however my billing says I was on plan and my ability to roam data also showed I was on plan.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;hi&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/552174"&gt;@Toddeng&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;what phone do you have?&amp;nbsp; And your mobile data works?&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;it might have to do with the fact that your phone not on PM's VoLTE whitelist&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&lt;A href="https://www.publicmobile.ca/en/on/get-help/articles/volte" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;https://www.publicmobile.ca/en/on/get-help/articles/volte&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;if your phone is not on the list, then you cannot use VoLTE.&amp;nbsp; You can try to connect to T-Mobile and see if its old 2G network still works and able to help with voice calls&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;if not, then your only solution is to download VoIP app TextNow and use the app to make calls.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/552174"&gt;@Toddeng&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;iPhone XR should be VoLTE compatible with Public mobile network and voice calling should not have been affected while roaming with the XR.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Are you still in the USA? &amp;nbsp;If you are, I would recommend reboot of your phone. &amp;nbsp;Network reset of phone (note: this will erase any saved Wifi passwords). &amp;nbsp;Which US carrier were you using? &amp;nbsp;Sometimes, manually switching to one of the other US partners could be tried. &amp;nbsp;Public mobile uses AT&amp;amp;T, T mobile and Verizon as their partners.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi Dunkman. I am no longer in the US however, plan to be back there next month and would like to use my Public Mobile subscription while there for talk. I was on the AT&amp;amp;T network and did try to shut my phone down and bring it back up to no avail. Interestingly, sitting in Ontario and looking at my cellular network I only have the option of LTE and 3G. No option for VOLTE&lt;/P&gt;</description>
