      <description>&lt;P&gt;hi &lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/543667"&gt;@37893&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;I think you forgot to turn on Roaming Mobile Data on the phone. you have the plan but you need that toggled on still&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;and make sure you try T-Mobile, AT&amp;amp;T or Verizon.&amp;nbsp; better to leave network mode to 4G or LTE&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Sometimes not all phones will work down in the US with a Can/US plan.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Things you want to do when you go to the US are as follows.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Go into Settings, Network Settings and turn off automatic. Choose T-Mobile as it seems to be the most stable in the US. Also, turn on Data Roaming. Then reboot the phone. Your phone should automatically now be ready to use in the US. Also, everytime you go down to the US, your phone SHOULD remember your settings.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
