Rewards down from 5% to 3.7%

Both me and my wife are on the 90 day 9gb $57 plan and since about March 2025, both of our plans are earning 2.10 reward points whereas they were earning 2.85 in all previous renewals.

Have the rewards been downgraded or is there a glitch?

The difference appears to be $15...is it if you redeem points to pay your bill you don't earn on that portion?

did you redeem a $15 bill credit?

the 5% is based on how much you paid, not how much of your plan. Looks like you redeemed $15 bill credit and you were only paying $42 for this renewal, so, the 5% is calculated based on $42 = 2.1 points. if you are not redeeming another $15 bill credit and paying $57 again on your next renewal, you will earn 2.85 points again
