      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am unable to to make or receive phone calls and have no internet. I turn off and on my cellular plan, and restarted my phone. Same issue.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any suggestions how to fix the problem?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Has been activated for a month. Just changed my credit card and had to update the CC number on my Public Mobile account.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
