    <description>&lt;P&gt;I had not renewed my plan but renewed today and I am not able to receive any texts even 5+ hours after renewing. I am out of the country and wondering if that is the reason ? What steps should I take in order to enable this option?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

If you are outside of those 3 Countries OR do not have a plan for US/MEX respectively, this would be the issue.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;What phone model do you have and which country are you in?&amp;nbsp; Hope this helps&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Public Mobile&amp;nbsp; service is only available in Canada.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Or with a plan for Canada,&amp;nbsp; Mexico and US.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Elsewhere, it will not work. No calls or SMS.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;sorry&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/554482"&gt;@huzaifasohail&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;, no workaround&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;if you want to just receive text from friends/family, download Fongo and use the app and the phone number assigned by the app.&amp;nbsp; Or use Whatsapp or iMessage if your friends use that&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;and sorry, no way to receive 2FA texts even with the mentioned app&lt;/P&gt;</description>
