I’ve been with public for nearly 3 months now, my plan is for 5G, it’s always said 5G. Tonight randomly it says 3G. Why is this, and how do I fix it? If I can. I have a iPhone 13 for reference.

Also check to make sure the software (iOS operating system) is up to date. Your plan actually doesn't determine what network you can connect to, so that part is irrelevant. The iPhone 13 definitely is compatible, so if your software is up to date it could be a network issue. Do you get the same result when you drive to a different location?
