    <description>&lt;P&gt;When I try login in the first verification goes to my email which is fine but the second verification goes to my phone number that I cannot access. I was advised to purchase a Public mobile Sim card to get access to my account which I received yesterday.&amp;nbsp; I have reached out for support now that I have the card but have heard nothing back.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;On May 4th I deleted my esim to switch to a different provider as I must have wifi calling which Public does not support.&amp;nbsp; My phone hasn't worked since then as I can not access my account to give a new provider my account number I do not have my phone number anymore.&amp;nbsp; I need the phone number and access to my account.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;hi &lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/551600"&gt;@WayneMenzies&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;you need to rebuy the esim but you need to login the app to re-buy the esim&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;if you cannot login due to the 2FA , click Didn't receive code and then Send email, you would be able to get the code via email&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;then go to Account page, click Purchase sim card and choose esim&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;you can in fact as PM to reimburse you the esim cost after, you do so by submitting a ticket with them&lt;/P&gt;</description>
