I am having terrible internet speeds and my location is Brampton

The phone is a Samsung Galaxy A14 5G
I have run a few Speed tests and here are the results
Down - 11.5 Mbps - Up - 0.55 Mbps
Down - 5.76 Mbps - Up - 0.48 Mbps
Down - 12.2 Mbps - Up - 1.49 Mbps

I have tried many different APN settings I see on Public Mobile boards and from google results and nothing seems to improve the speed. I have even manually changed the network modes excluding 5G and just going to LTE etc. I had Telus and Koodo before which if I am not mistaken Telus owns Public mobile and my speeds on 4G were much greater more on the down 60 Mbps.

Please help, software updates etc have been done on the phone and even a fresh factory reset didn't help.
