      <description>&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;Hi @ WatermelonHead ,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If the activation is complete, you need to log in to the online account from your mother’s phone and purchase a new eSIM. The activation should have been done from your mother’s phone from the beginning.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Visit the 'Subscription &amp;amp; Add-ons' page in My Account&lt;BR /&gt;Select the option to purchase a new eSIM&lt;BR /&gt;Complete the payment, and a new eSIM will be issued to you.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Okay will we be charged twice now though? I originally started the process through the website. There is no way to just get a QR code version of the current eSIM?&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Yes I understand that, but the eSIM has never been activated on a phone so it should be available via QR code still&lt;/P&gt;</description>
