    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi, my phone was disconnected as my credit card expired and I am trying to get into “my account “ to update my card info. &amp;nbsp;It won’t let me get out of “finishing activation” which then would require a new cell number. I’ve tried clearing cache etc and have used a different browser to no avail. Thanks in advance for your help&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
