      <description>&lt;P&gt;No. Data you have on your plan is use it or lose it.&lt;BR /&gt;When you use ALL of your plan data, depending on your plan Internet will become either very slow or data will be cut off until next renewal unless you purchase data add-on.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
