You can contact a CS_Agent and ask for a credit into your account for the purchase of the Roaming Add-on that you didn’t need to purchase.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Recently when I entered the US with the CAN US MEX plan I was not able to connect to the network even with the Data Roaming option on on my phone. I have a Samsung S24 ultra. I had to purchase a 15 day US roaming addon to use my data. Please advice if there is anything else I need to do.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
