Can text/data, while cannot call

Sending/receiving messages is fine;

Data is fine;

However, when I call, it seems to be ringing but with no sound; when people call me, I will lose my 4G/5G signal and data temporarily, but I cannot receive the call and after long waiting they will enter the voice mailbox.

sound like your phone is not one of those on PM's VoLTE whitelist

Could be your phone lacks VoLTE? What type of phone do you have?

Public Mobile has been making changes to their 3G band.

You could wad the below and see if it applies to you.

No. its the Redme POCO X4 GT. Is there any way I can solve this? or do I have to change cellphone/services?

Does your phone have VoLTE supported an enabled?

yes , it is not VoLTE compatible phone on PM

but try putting this code on the dialer

*#*#86583#*#*

see if you can force enabling VoLTE

Dial * # * # 86583 # * # *. Once you are done, there will be a message ” VoLTE Carrier check was disabled ” appear on the screen, thus activating Volte on your Xiaomi phone. The message disappears quickly.
