      <title>i need the company to port my # and setup account</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;- I'm unable to log into my account&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I switched over last friday may 16th and the first thing Public did was take my money ($35 plan).&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I thought everything was done but i cannot get into my Public account. sends me an email for 2FA then apparently needs a 3rd FA because it says it's texting me an authorization. I never get the texts.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Now my old provider says I should follow up with Public on the port request because they say it was timed out but but never completed. If I look at 'about phone' on my galaxy s22+ it my phone #, Network Public Mobile with an IMEI 2 #, but there is just a bunch of dashes under esim2, no number.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I need customer service to fix this now.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
