There should be a positive Automatic Top-up for your next month payment and a withdraw for the Purchased Plan in negative.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If this is not correct then contact a CS_Agent at:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;A href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437" target="_self"&gt;https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437&lt;/A&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Or type in Submit a Ticket on the Chat icon for an agent to help you.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;BTW, any extra charges will remain in your account as credit to pay for your next month’s bill.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
