      <title>can't change or cancel my upcoming subscription on renewal</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;tried to cancel, or change my upcoming subscription on renewal date&amp;nbsp; both online and mobile app.&amp;nbsp; Both were unsuccessful.&amp;nbsp; Online response never comes back, session timeout. Mobile app came back with error, or asked to update payment method.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It's frustrating with no customer service.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/552158"&gt;@Nat80&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;To use laptop, ...clear cache files and log in using incognito mode. Also, try a diff web browser...I've been able to update my account using Firefox. See if any of those sugg's help.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
