      <description>&lt;P&gt;HI&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/552298"&gt;@Valeriedavies2&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;you might not need support to buy new esim.&amp;nbsp; Just login to the app.&amp;nbsp; (if you have problem with receiving 2FA on the phone, click Didn't receive code and then select Send email)&amp;nbsp; Then go to Account page and choose Buy sim card and select eSIM.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;the system might still charge you the $5.&amp;nbsp; Pay and install the esim first.&amp;nbsp; After the new esim is installed, submit a ticket with PM agent and for reimbursement.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;but if you cannot login the app, you will really need to ask PM support agent to help.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;Y&lt;SPAN&gt;ou can&amp;nbsp; submit by direct message:&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;A href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437&lt;/A&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
