    <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/16229"&gt;@meocon&lt;/a&gt;: I've been without data for 3-4 hours, so I'm outside the 2 hour window you mentioned.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I checked "My Plan &amp;amp; Add-ons" and it tells me I have $0 available funds.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It shows I have the 200MB Add-on.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;When I go to the payment page, it shows I have:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;TABLE border="1" cellspacing="0"&gt;&lt;TBODY&gt;&lt;TR&gt;&lt;TD&gt;Jun 6, 2018&lt;/TD&gt;&lt;TD&gt;Do_Not_Use_200MB Data / Données 200 Mo&lt;/TD&gt;&lt;/TR&gt;&lt;/TBODY&gt;&lt;/TABLE&gt;&lt;P&gt;That sounds strange.&amp;nbsp; Maybe I bought the wrong add-on...?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;When I go to "Data &amp;amp; Add-on Usage": it does not show any usage.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;So confusing! &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":slightly_smiling_face:"&gt;🙂&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>Bought "200MB Add-on" yesterday...my data service resumed, but stopped again today</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;It looked like I ran out of data on my plan, so I purchased a 200MB add-on yesterday.&amp;nbsp; Given that my service resumed after purchasing the add-on, and then stopped again today, It might sound as though I used up my newly purchased 200MB add-on, but I don't think that is the case.&amp;nbsp; My usage has been pretty light over the past 24 hours.&amp;nbsp; Both my iphone AND the public mobile self-serve portal shows negligable data usage over the last 24 hours.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any other reason why my data service might have stopped working?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/20887"&gt;@ray_johannsson&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; sometimes it is cheaper to ask the mods to renew a plan early instead of buying a data addon.&amp;nbsp; time left estmated usage are factors but typically $/gb renewing is the better option.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;what plan are you on?&amp;nbsp; if a 3g plan it has been known to happen that teh data doesnt reset on renewal.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;could an update have&amp;nbsp; happened on data vs wifi.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;what phone are you using?&amp;nbsp; if android datawitness is a good free data tracking app (created by one of our members. otherwise my data manager (apple and android) is also good .&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;apart from teh 3g bug mentioned data usage app vs selfserve are usually pretty close.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/12825"&gt;@mimmo&lt;/a&gt;: that's a great idea to renew my plan early.&amp;nbsp; Never thought about that.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I'm on a 12GB for 3 months deal with an iPhone 7+&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I'm usually pretty careful what I do when on data...and I looked it up on "cell usage" statistics and couldn't find any high data usage history over the last 2 days.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks for the advice.&amp;nbsp; Whatever is going on, hope I can get my data back soon!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
