      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/552161"&gt;@Anu4&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Simply login to your account and go to Subscription tab&amp;gt;Usage Breakdown&amp;gt;View Usage History and set the Date Range&amp;gt;click Incoming Calls then print out for your records.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;But anything over 90 days, you need to contact a CS_Agent for the records by clicking on the Chat icon and type in Submit a Ticket for an agent to help you.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

That's all that's available..call / sms records don't go past 90 days.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

If Public Mobile is able to go back 12 months for invoices, all call logs are supposed to be attached to those invoices under the CRTC regulations. I can't remember at this time where I saw it but I do remember this from a while back. It's part of "detailed billing" and has to show reason for each charge.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
