How to ad Public Mobile as Payee in BofM

I can’t seem to find Public Mobile on the drop down box in BofM. They said that you have to give them permission to use your name in the drop down. So please can you do that. For I want to be able to pay my bill from my bank and NOT my credit card

Hey @NatalieY1

At this time, you can only make payments using your credit card or vouchers. You can not pay Public Mobile through online banking. This is the only option.

If you don't wish to pay with your credit card, you can always go to a place like Shoppers Drug Mart and purchase large amounts of vouchers and load them into your account. That's basically it. There is no other ways.

Unfortunately, at the preset time, Public mobile does not offer the option of direct online payment from bank accounts. Only credit cards or visa debit/mastercard debit cards.

you can only pay using a valid debit or credit card..not direct from bank. Once your account is activated, you can then disable Subscribed and just pay with vouchers if you want. Just can't use payment direct from bank.

That really sucks for I pay all my bills through my bank. Do you think they might change that in the future?

Probly not gonna change anytime soon. You can get a pre-pay Vanilla debit at Canada Post, Walmart or other retail outlets and use that for activations and plan renewals.

No plans to change this payment option in the near future.
