      <description>&lt;P&gt;I forgot to update my direct payment information and now have no service. I updated it by the deadline provided, but it wouldn't accept my payment. I have no cell phone calling service. Is there a phone number to contact someone other than the 611?&amp;nbsp; I'm stranded without a cell phone.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
