    <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/551603"&gt;@Joe246&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Existing PM customers have personalized plan offers that can be seen when you login into your account.&amp;nbsp; Unfortunately, PM usually offers higher priced plans to existing customers.&amp;nbsp; If you don't see the $19 plan in your self service account, you are unable to downgrade your plan.&amp;nbsp; Customer service agents will not manually change your plans to lower priced plans.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;At the present time, Public mobile does not offer many downgrade plans.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Is there anyone know, how I can downgrade my current plan from $35 monthly to $19 plan? I login and cannot find the $19 plan anymore. Does PM not allow to downgrade?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;They usually won't show you lower priced plans. You can ask support and see if they will let you change.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Public Mobile makes it extremely difficult to downgrade to cheaper plans so you’ll have to regularly check via the app to see if you qualify&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Took two billing cycles but I’ve downgraded from a $39/68 GB 5G plan to a $27/20 GB LTE one so I’m a happy camper now&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

The only way for you to get the plan you want is to port out to another provider close to the end of your 30 cycle and then port back in. If you didn't care about your number, just start another plan now, get a new number and there you go.       <description>&lt;P&gt;you don't need to change plan, you can simply suspend the account for the 2 months.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;You have an many as 90 days suspension and still keep your account and phone number&lt;/P&gt;</description>
