I have received a text message, supposedly from Public Mobile, with a limited time offer on a 4G / 6GB plan for $22 per month. This would be an upgrade from my present plan. IS THIS LEGITIMATE, or a SCAM?

edited by computergeek541: changed category label (unrelated to "Rewards")
