The HST tax rate changed from 15% to 14% in Nova Scotia April 1, 2025.

When I view and print invoices that predate the HST rate change they show the new tax rate and not the rate that applied at the time of the payment.

How can I generate and print an invoice with the correct tax rate (15%) prior to April 1, 2025?

Thank you @Chalupa_Batman for the direction to the support ticket. The problem is the invoice is not generated with the amount equal to the payment made. The source of the error appears to be related to the incorrect application of the HST rate on the downloaded invoice.

Yes, exactly. I have to submit the receipts. They state an incorrect HST amount. The difference is small for sure but all the HST stuff is looked at closely since we have a recent change in the rate. The downloaded invoice states the incorrect tax rate.

Since it appears PM is generating the document for older periods on-the-fly using the current rate there is no reprocessing of archived documents. Should be a simple fix...
