I need help switching to the new fall 2016 promo I did click on plan change prior to renewal but it went back to the old plan can someone please help me switch my plan my account number is

It's a known bug, don't worry. It's definitely an easy fix, it just might take a few days because the mods are so busy.

You can do it from the desktop version of the site, not the mobile. I don't know if that helps
