Not working number in Europe

I went to Europe. Will be staying for a while. My number doesn’t work. I need it just for bank account notifications. What’s my options? I need the lowest monthly subscription just for receiving those notifications, probably with roaming to get the number works. Otherwise my number is useless for me anymore. Thank you

PM has no roaming service in Europe. So, there won't be any workaround to receive bank 2FA text to your PM phone number.

your only option is to contact you bank and change the 2FA to email or change to it using Authenticator app. For authenticator app, TD has it only app and RBC allows you to use Microsoft Authenticator.

@BlankaHolmanova Sorry public mobile won’t work in Europe , best to get local data sim while there . Pm only has roaming in the US and MEX

Install an eSIM for Europe data. There are many companies offering them. I like Saily and Airalo as they have decent apps. Do not delete your Public Mobile esim. These esims let you browse web and use any other data based app. No phone calls, but iMessage and WhatsApp work fine. VoIP calls work fine.
