      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/551359"&gt;@Mark601&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;it is "invalid" because it is already installed by the app&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;check your Settings-&amp;gt;Cellular page (on iPhone) or Sim Manager (on Android), you should see a Public Mobile esim there.&amp;nbsp; Then make sure it is enabled (or if it is an iPhone, toggle on Turn on this line) .&amp;nbsp; Also while you are there, make sure the old provider sim is disabled.&amp;nbsp; Last, just Reset Network Settings&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
