    <description>&lt;P&gt;For some reason the eversafe phone number associated with the account changed, I had previously received a text for this account, however new texts are being sent to a number that appears to be one digit off.&amp;nbsp; I cannot log in to my account to change this because i need access to that number, and I cannot submit a ticket as the ticket links just open the AI chatbot which is unable to understand the issue. How can I change the confirmation phone number to be the correct one so i can finally finish the signup process and transfer my number to public mobile?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
