I can send a text but I cannot send a photo. New PM account, not a old phone.

If you have an iPhone. You need to enable MMS.

You also need to enable data for all phones.

the one you want to send is MMS.

if you have an Android, update the APN

and also, you can try using Google Message to send if you don't have use it yet

I have 3gb data on plan, website I have used nothing.

@GadgetMan397 and you have MMS enabled too ? If yes and still no luck then try APN settings like @hTideGnow mentioned and that should do the trick

Yes I found information to add the PM APN network, still though after that it's not sending text with photo. I do have the new PM APN network as the chosen network, it is the only APN in the list now. I have "Mobile data" enabled. "Always receive MMS" when mobile data is off - enabled.

I can send text and photo with other messaging apps, just not the one used for the Cellular network, on that only text only.

I have used next to nothing on data as I just installed the SIM and I am on wifi mostly but when I to send a photo on SMS then it fails. I can send messages on third part messaging with photos.
