      <description>&lt;P&gt;I click the link to open a ticket and it brings me to the useless chat bot. I ask the chatbot for a link to the ticket and it brings me to the useless help page linking to the chat bot.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Maybe someone can actually help with the issue, which is that my payment is going through for a new plan but I am getting&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;Error Code:&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;M.8702. Every time I navigate back it tries to get me to complete payment again then fails. What's the issue here? This is hardly worth the $10/mo difference over bell if nothing works. Someone from Public fix this please.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
