Just download the app on the new phone. Log in and purchase a new eSIM. Now, it will be $5 up front however when you get to the check out, it will be $0.00. That's how it works. eSIMs are not transferable.

Yeah the issue I was having was that I could login on my old phone, My PC, but not my new phone. I would just get errors everytime but after I read that I tried again and it worked. Thanks for your help.

eSIMs are transferrable between devices, it's just that Public doesn't support it, at least yet.
