    <description>&lt;P&gt;Thanks, the pay and renew button was visible when I used my phone to login. I used that and my subscription has been re-activated.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I entered my bank card as the payment method, but the payment was not taken, and my subscription terminated. I entered a credit card, but I'm not able to renew my existing subscription. Can you help me please&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;hi&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/535481"&gt;@Ngozik&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;PM payment system is glitchy sometimes&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;usually we ask people to try again in 24 hours, but your plan already expired&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;so, try again now using both Incognito/private/secret mode on your browser and try with Public Mobile app (with Location Permission enabled)&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;if same, then buy a voucher from Shoppers drug mart or gas stations and then load the voucher using *611 or My Account.&amp;nbsp; Get your plan back first and deal with the credit card issue later&lt;/P&gt;</description>
