      <description>&lt;P&gt;Redemption are usually applied immediately.&amp;nbsp; What do you mean stuck? Did you you refresh the site?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Which one did you redeem?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I redeemed a data add-on. It still says "pending" 4 days later (and is not on my account). I did receive a confirmation email. I have now also submitted a ticket.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
