what phone model do you have?

PM mainly using Bell's network in Quebec and has been working well. You might want to first Reboot you phone and then reset network settings and test again

I spend 6 months a year in NB and my phone works fine. There are certain areas that are rural and the service can be dicey. Even when I was with Rogers, the service was the same. Hope this helps
