      <description>&lt;P&gt;To keep your same phone number, what you do is you download the Public Mobile app on your new phone. Go to Account, purchase SIM card purchase eSIM.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you had one already, the system will recognize and not charge the fee, or if it does charge it should automatically credited back. If not, use the chatbot to create a ticket and ask.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
