      <description>&lt;P&gt;So I have an account with Public Mobile and the phone number associated with it is not active anymore, so whenever it sends me the OTP, I can't receive it, and I don't have access to the account anymore.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

If it is suspended then you can make a manual payment with vouchers or the registered CC to restore service. Vouchers can be purchased from&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;7-11, Canadian Tire gas stations, London Drugs, Canadian Superstore, Shell, Shoppers Drugmart, Safeway, Staples.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you are having issues login to your account then contact a CS_Agent to help you access your account by clicking on the Chatbot and type in Submit a Ticket. You can also have the 2FA code to your email.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If it states that number is not registered then your account is closed for nonpayment for longer than 90 days and number returned to the carrier you got the number from.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
