Not receving text anymore?

I switch from apple to android and at first i didnt know about switching off the Imessage but I found out about it and so I switched it off and delinked my # from apple. Some contacts doesnt matter if its apple or android I couldnt get text from and some I were able to but after a few months now, I cant get text from anyone and 2Factor text some of them I will get instantly other times I will get 10 of them at once after 15 mins or even later like two 2 hours later. When I first add people I test texting each other back and forth to see if i can send and see their text and the same with them sending text and it works fine that instant and then a few weeks later it wont work. I can still received phone calls but I would like to received important texts like my dad getting in a card accident.

I've already done all those things, ive contact Apple support as well only thing left is Solving it on the Service Provider side now.
