I would like to disable SMS on my phone. Can that be done by Publis Mobile?

What I can think of is to disable all text (sms) app on your phone so your phone cannot receive the text

@Montross What phone do you have? You should be able to disable SMS in the settings. But consider that you may need SMS for 2fa when logging in.

I don't think that is possible with Public Mobile. but you can try uninstalling the app or use mobile settings to do so if your device permits. Besides, why do you want to disable SMS on your phone.

It’s a flip phone for a senior who has never worked with tech. Would be nice to have a straight voice only handset but I understand in today’s world there wouldn’t be much profit in that. The handset itself does not have the option to disable sms.
