    <description>&lt;P&gt;I have not used my points for over a year but when I went to use them today I only had 1/3 of what I should have had. I do think they expire.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Do Public Points Expire?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Since the 4G plans do not come with Unlimited Reduced Speed Data I'm planning to have the points sit and build up for emergency data bucket redemptions.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Myself once I had 15 points I would redeem &amp;nbsp;it for $15 off my bill . Not letting too many points add up incase you decide to ever leave . For a better offer . Then you would forfeit those unused points . So use while you get ‘em I think&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

My Account again using &lt;STRONG&gt;Incognito mode&lt;/STRONG&gt; and see if it shows what you expected. Also check the rewards transactions history to confirm&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
