      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi community,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I've read posts on the instructions on how to get new eSim on to my new phone.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I've downloaded public mobile app on my new phone,&amp;nbsp; when I go to my account, click purchase sim card. The eSim option does not come up. When I use desktop, the option comes up, I can't checkout because it tells me to download the app. I'm at a loss.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Can I buy a physical card and transfer my number over instead to avoid this hassle?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
